Well Bill, you sure made my day...AGAIN! Thanks so very much for everything and for being EXTRA generous and allowing me to get two Rossi Ranch Hands from you. Are you "next" on the list to get one for yourself?? I sure hope so soon.
Tim Gilchriest

Bill,
Thanks so much for all the updates. Even though it has taken a while you have always been very prompt w/updates. You will certainly get an A++ rating from me. Hope to do more business in future w/you.
Take care,
MMc

Bill,

I returned home from China to find that my FFL holder had received the Rossi Ranch Hand from you. I picked it up and had to go shoot it.  Yes, I had a large work backlog but that Rossi looked so inviting, I had to go shoot it. This gun is fun to shoot and very accurate. Understand that I conceal carry a ultralite Smith J-Frame 360PD .357 with 1 7/8” barrel. Recoil from a 38 is hard. A 357 is almost unmanageable. I shot both .38 and .357 in the Rossi and comparatively, it felt like almost no recoil at all.

I am going to recertify for the renewal of my Concealed Handgun License on Sunday, 21-Nov. Although I intend to use my 1911, I am going to bring out the Rossi just to see what my long time friend, Instructor Ross Bransford (CHL-Texas.com), has to say when I present it at the range as my qualification handgun.

Thanks for being a man of your word and providing a great service. Trusting a man four states away to hold your money for 90+ days takes some faith. However, in my eyes, you have earned my trust.

This 52-year-old NRA Endowment Member will look your way for future business. Actually, as soon as your backlog is gone, I would like to buy one of these for my 76-year-old dad.

Best Regards,

I bought a Rossi Ranch Hand from you, you had the gun on order you did not know when it would come in, but you did all you could do to get me my gun. I had to wait for the dist. to send the gun. And thats all you can do. I give you a AAA rating for being a good up front guy,  thanks for your help in getting me my gun!!!!!!

Garrett Scott to me

Hi Bill:
thanks for your help in finding my rifle and handgun.
Compared to our local gun shop, you saved me more than $500 by shopping around to dealers with the best pricing.
You got the product to me within a few days and you worked with me directly to find the best deal. This is how a "dealer" should be.

When I owned my own store 25 years ago, I made it my mission to directly assist the customer in getting what they wanted. You were an example of that kind personal assistance that you don't find just anywhere. So thanks for reminding me of what I used to want as a dealer and now a customer.

Ref Rossi Ranch Hand

SOUNDS GREAT BILL!   The gun store (Second Amendment Guns) is closed this week until Friday and Saturday, so hopefully I'll see it then.
Otherwise it will be next Tuesday. EITHER way, I'll let you know DIRECTLY when I "get my grubby paws on it" physically and pick it up from them.
Thanks again for seeing this through for me.  Again - YOU ARE PERFECTLY EARLY WITH DELIVERY Partner.  You said in the original Gunbroker sale:
"Delivery AFTER November 1st, 2010"........ HECK!   I'd be tickled pink to get it before Christmas.   Once again - you came through with "flying colors"
Wish I could leave you ANOTHER Solid Gold feedback!!    I, personally, could not be more pleased with the FAST delivery of this very unique pistol.
Many thanks Bill  -  yours truly,   - TIM -

Bill
Thanks for the Call and email. It has been a long wait but I understand about production runs and demand_ I don't think Rossi anticipated the reception of this particular model, there are still a lot of us who grew up with that TV series, and it's actually very compatible with my ranch travel (alot of 4-wheel ATV's) and with the pistol I carry of the same caliber when there. Once again, thanks for all the prompt updates and will post the same on GB.
Take care,
MMc

Bill,
Just wanted to drop you a line a tell you how pleased I am with the new Rossi Ranch Hand. It is a breeze to shoot! Easy on recoil, and super accurate. Shooting it one handed is extremely comfortable. I was able to shoot 158gr SJHP thru it one handed, so you can imagine shooting .38spl's thur it is a breeze. I had tried to post a +positive comment on your website but was not able to find the link to allow me to do so. So instead I'm writing you this letter to say "Thank You" for continuing to work with me to fullfill my order and deliver. I'm very happy with the Ranch Hand and couldn't understand why anyone wouldn't want one of their own.

Bill,

Just wanted to let you know that I went to the range and shot the Ranch Hand today. What fun!

I had some old ammo that I ran though, just to ‘clear its’ throat, then shot two boxes of Magtech 240 grain JSP. Not  a cough from any of it and the accuracy was great at 40 feet. I found that it’s shootable with one hand, but the preferred method is the ‘push-pull’ grip and a solid stance. Recoil is very manageable and the sights are clear and easy to pick up. I do a western gear event in the summertime, which includes full cowboy outfits, and this will be a definite hit, even though I won’t compete with it.
Great gun and good fun! Thanks for the help. You’ll enjoy yours when you get to shoot it, I’m sure.

Regards, BW

Bill,

I received my Magnum Spike Kamp tent and Kwi Co stove. I wanted to thank you for the very quick service and all of your help. I appreciated your responses to my emails and quick service. I am very please with the product and wanted to make sure that others were aware as well that the service you offer was very good and helpful. I had no complaints whatsoever. Have a great Christmas and I hope your shoulder heals up well after your surgery. Thanks, Garrett Scott 12-11-10
